please see conversation. seller is extremely deceptive. you will not save money here even if you get low quotes. i received half an order and the quality was not as promised. it took then a few months more than originally agreed upon to ship the items. please don't waste your time here

I'm so sorry for that, but it's normal for there to be a slight color difference between the two batches of ribbon printing, and it doesn't affect the appearance or usability. If you still can't accept it, we will resend to you the third time the ribbon with the closest color from the market for free again.

what they showed me as a sample vs what i got. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE. there is no one to talk to once your order is delivered.

It's a pity that I didn't satisfy you.
We are very sorry. We have been communicating with you actively and seeking solutions. We took a video for you to check and got approval before sending the replacement ribbon.
After it was delivered, you insisted on a refund on the grounds of color difference. We then looked for the ribbon with the closest color for you again. However, you indicated that if the colors were not 100% the same, the ribbon would not be needed.
