If you still can't accept it, we will resend to you the third time the ribbon with the closest color from the market for free again.

We took a video for you to check and got approval before sending the replacement ribbon. After it was delivered, you insisted on a refund on the grounds of color difference. We then looked for the ribbon with the closest color for you again. However, you indicated that if the colors were not 100% the same, the ribbon would not be needed.
